Intralogie supplies raw materials and specialty components to cable manufacturers worldwide, with technical and commercial support across Europe, the United States and the Middle East.
ARP Rod — Aramid reinforced plastic rod for fiber optic cables. Diameters 0.4–1.5 mm, non-metallic, dielectric.
FRP Rods — FRP strength members for fiber optic cable reinforcement. Diameters 0.5–4.0 mm, coated or uncoated, thermal and UV-resistant options.
FRP Up-Jacketed Rods — FRP core with HDPE extruded over it — a larger central strength member for higher tube and fiber counts.
Aramid Ripcord — High-tenacity ripcord for cutting steel tape and cable jacketing. Available in all colours except white.
Binder Yarn — Ultra Low Shrinkage — 0% shrinkage binder yarn. Holds the lay of the stranded core without contracting under jacketing heat, so tube geometry and excess fiber length stay as stranded.
Fillers — HDPE, PP & LSZH — Polymer fillers for cable roundness and structural support. 1.4–8.0 mm, HDPE Black, PP Gray and LSZH Black.
Pinewood Cable Drums & Reels — Pinewood drums and reels for cable packaging. Flange diameters 500–2000 mm, built to customer drawing.
Cable Drum Protection Sheet — HDPE & PP — Flexible HDPE/PP sheet that wraps the drum traverse in one continuous piece. 1.6–2.2 mm, UV-resistant, printable outer film.
Woven & Non-Woven Tapes — Water blocking, semiconductive and non-conductive tapes for EHV and HVDC cables.
Aluminium Mylar Tape — Aluminium foil / polyester laminate for shielding and screening.
FR Tape — Flame-retardant glass fiber tape for cable insulation.
Polyal Tape — Poly AL — aluminium foil / co-polymer laminate for screening and moisture barrier.
Polyester Tape — S.T.D. grade clear polyester film for cable wrap, separation and binding.
Galvanised Steel Tape — Cold-rolled galvanised steel armouring tape. Thickness 0.15–0.80 mm, width 5–200 mm, zinc coating 60–310 GSM.
ECCS & CJB ECCS Steel Tape — Precision steel tapes for fiber optic cable protection, reinforcement and controlled jacket bonding. Available in natural color or green finish in required width and longer length.
Polyester Backed Fiberglass Tape — FSPT-165 — Polyester-backed fiberglass wrapping tape for cable core binding in service entrance cable. Thickness 0.14, 0.16, 0.17 and 0.21 mm.
Foam PP Tape — Foamed polypropylene cushioning tape used as a bedding layer beneath armouring or the outer sheath.
Stainless Steel Strips — SS 304 / SS 316L — Precision stainless steel strip for OPGW SUS tube manufacturing. Widths from 12 mm, smooth edges, longer continuous lengths.
